[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted one of the originals with a bent handle and they did it. I also have a concept 2 which is nicer only in that it is taller. But, I like the quietness of the magnetic resistance, so for the price, I would only get this one again.

It's a keeper.
SF-RW522016 came 5 days earlier than expected and during transport, box came damaged with a hole in middle. However due to the incredible packaging (maybe overkill) and positioning there was no damage to the machine. It also must have come directly from the plant it was in immaculate condition and the parts even smelled new. During transport the handle bar is set to maximum tension which makes sense but recommend reduce tension to prolong life of the equipment when not in use. 
Instructions could use a further review to optimize ease of assembly, remove spelling error “Couputer” p.6. For example. But this didn't really hinder assembly which can be done in a few hours. Note: There are some pieces that have to be dissembled and then reassembled so all the parts are there just takes a little longer to identify. 
Once assembled it's excellent - the sliding rail is what I need, being 108cm at the hip the sliding rail still has room at the end of a row. The computer has all the deferent modes I'm looking for time, count, distance, calories, total, spam, t/500m and the display can be angled into a suitable position. The rowing machine seat is comfortable, slides well, tension levels work for me, pedals are a good size and overall it feels good when rowing.
The one recommendation I'd make is for the computer wire connections that go through the computer support to have more forgiveness as for tall people the steeper display angle can make the wires a bit tight.
The most impressive thing about the rower, Sunny Rower has really listened to the feedback of users from previous rowing versions to make this a product superior to its predecessors that I get to benefit from. Overall, now that it's assembled, I give it a 5/5 and it's a keeper.
