[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good sturdy product.  I'm not good at assembling anything but I put this together by myself.  Did have to watch a youtube video to get a better understanding, but it appears to be a good product so far.  Relatively easy to assemble.

I am 69 years old and honestly I am fine with the incline.  I do feel that it is better on the knees.  It does take time to get used to as I can only do it for 5 minutes with the intention of gradually increasing the time.  I have other Sunny Health %26 Fitness equipment (incumbent bike and stepper) and very pleased with the quality.  Highly recommend.

Perfect for walking indoors.  The manual treadmill uses all your own strength, which I feel is so much better than electric.

I wanted a manual treadmill because I was going to home bound for a while and wanted a treadmill that would push me more than an electric treadmill, this one does and more.

This had to me modified for me to use . The slant is to steep making you have to walk very fast . Had to put 2 2x4s under back of treadmill to raise it . I also had to wrap towels around arms necause they were not a comfortable fit for me . I am a short woman. I am happy with it after all the adjustments , It should have another hole to lower front !!

Wasn't difficult to put together but this is very difficult to walk on. You have to actually push on the handrails in order to get enough force behind you to get the walking belt to move.  This causes strain on your back and hips. Very disappointed as it had many great reviews.
