i absolutely love this exerciser. There are no motors or electrronics to assist you in your workout so you get a true workout. I opted for the beefier 27 pound unit with the 330 lb weight capacity since i am a tad over 200 lb. the adjustments are sufficient to allow me or my 7 and 8 year old grandkids to use it. the seat placement allows for deep or shallow squats based on the condition of your hips and knees. I did not find much time to fiddle with the digital monitor and besides nearly everyone is sporting digital fitness monitoring watches these days.
i had to modify the foot pedals for comfort. the wavy tread pattern is far too agressive to use the machine barefooted or in socks, so i sanded down the peaks of the waves. with the thread sand off you won't slip unless you are wearing hard sole shoes instead of your exercise sneakers. Also, the adjusting  pin tip for the handle tube is too flat to easily find the hole in the tube, so i ground the tip round so that it could more easily squeeze into the hole in the handlebar tube.

The equipment was easy to assemble and easy to use. I use it almost daily and it has really helped me with my leg strength and balance.

Perfect setup for me.I have knee problems and can hardly do squats anymore. This Ride n Row makes that possible, and with the resistance bands and being able to readjust the seat I can get a whole body workout. The size makes it easy to store away in most closets. I appreciate the thought that went into the design. Thank you.

well it took more than 15 minutes to put it together more like 45 minutes but once together it was easy to adjust and use I am partially blind so I needed help with adjustments my grandson and son help me after which I could have just my seat they adjusted to handlebars for me showed me how to fold it up to put away I tried it I like it I think it's going to help me get my workout on we'll see how long it lasts also you can get in touch with the company if you need parts or have a problem peace and love

I don't know about you, but I am tired of everyone asking for a review. I went to the dentist 3 times one month and they asked me for a review each time. How many ways can I say I was satisfied with an appointment?! Well, Sunny NEVER asked me for a review but I feel compelled to write one, and there are not enough ways for me to express how PLEASED I am with the Row-N-Ride. For one, it is very sturdy -- I did not expect it to feel so safe and substantial. I have it on carpet so sliding is not an issue. It keeps track of the number of reps, calories burned, and elapsed time and will save that info for days until I press the ‘big red button' to reset everything to zero. I play my favorite song-of-the-moment while using it and now know how many reps I can expect per play. After watching some of the videos, I learned how many different muscles you can target for development. I originally purchased it just for thighs and glutes. I had planned to put it in a corner of the bedroom but decided to keep it in the living room for a while because it is fun and I want to use it more than I ever expected. I've had it for a few weeks and still feel the same way. I just LOVE this ‘squat bike!'

Absolutely did not feel safe on this equipment. The seat is only 7 inches wide. I'm a small woman 103 pounds. I just could not find any settings with the seat or the handlebars that worked for my body. Perhaps it's because I have a hip replacement and could not achieve the squat position without pain. I literally tried it twice and gave up -too expensive to return it to California, so I donated it. Think before purchasing this. I should have known at this price it would be flimsy.
