I'd been wanting this for a while and finally got it. I'm very happy with the purchase as it is a good workout for your legs, butt and arms. In fact, I felt it everywhere lol but then I'm out of shape. There are 3 bands so you can make it harder at you improve. I've started with one and it is a great workout and gets my heart pumping.

After reading so many reviews I made up my mind to purchase this machine. It came on time in good Condition.  It Took me 10 minutes to assemble , I  didn't even need the book. This machine will give you a full body workout I love that it's  quiet and can be folded, doesn't take up any space. I will definitely recommend￼

This rowing machine came exactly when they say it would the rower was very very easy to set up and I'm very very happy with my purchase I received it within seven days and I love it!  I would recommend this rower machine I felt the results in my upper shoulder arms, my lower stomach, and my knees.

I am not going to lie, when I looked at the instructions I immediately started to process for refund. THEN, I looked on YOUTUBE and this guy has video of CLEAR step by step instructions which guided me through the process. If was not for his video this thing would have gone back to the store. Once I got assembled was love at first row, LOVE this and small footprint. Thank you You Tube. Go on You Tube and in search box enter Sunny Health Upright Row N Ride and his video will come up. You are welcome.

Instructions suck but Unit is GREAT

Great machine for the price. Easy to set up, use, and put away. That helps me stay motivated to use it regularly. Wish there were workout ideas with the packaging, but there us a card that gives website for training videos. Also, there is a weight limit, 220lbs, I think. Didnt remember seeing that in the website description.

Great machine for price, easy to use

Im very out of shape for a 53 year old woman. Started to use it without  tension straps.  I felt it exactly on my body as they advertised the next day.  Especially on thighs and butt!  Easy to put together, but did think the instructions were a little confusing. Took 20 min to put together by myself. I love that it can fold up and be stored. The timer/tracker absolutely sucks. So far I am loving it.

What a workout!! Wow

EXCELLENT...seat could extend back a tad more but all in all it is a worth it booty whooper exerciser. I am not able to jog and run or even walk to any extent so I am pretty much confined to aerobic type exercise with balance control. This machine along with my maxi climber gives me all I need to stay in shape.

This thing does exactly what it says it will. Although not heavy duty, it exhibits just the slightest bit of torquing and is reasonably quiet. The only problem with it, as anyone who uses it regularly will discover (because they're getting stronger over time) is that there's no ability to add more weight. It has three elastic bands that account for all of the resistance, and once you've mastered those, that's it. Like I said, it does what it claims to do, but unnecessarily limits future progress.

Worth the money, but only just.

It arrived on January 28, 2021. I 
opened it on January 30th to assemble on, but the arm that connects the seat doesn't not align. I therefore could not complete the assembly and cannot give a review on the functionality. I've emailed the company to see how this issue will be resolved.
I will update my review after a resolution is provided and if I'm able to use the equipment.

Part Doesn't Align-Can't Use

This machine wasn't what I was expecting.  I thought it would be like doing a sit up or a crunch working out the stomach,  but it's more for the legs. I don't like that the legs go up so high. This folds, but still takes up so much space.
