This is a very thick and solid butter. A little goes a long way and it really seals in moisture. The delivery was earlier than expected ( always a plus in my book). The packaging was secure. I would recommend using with a leave-in conditioner or moisturizing cream.

Awesome It is good for everything. I was hurting and I rubbed this ointment and my pain was gone.

This is NOT for everyone. The product is very thick and not the easiest to spread. I cut my hair down to about an inch in October and I have a 4b/4c texture that is extremely thick, low porosity, and prone to dryness. I decided to use this after washing and moisturizing to seal everything in. The product is thick and can leave some residue, but I noticed that it kept my hair so moisturized for about three days which is so rare for my type of hair. I finished the 4 oz lavender, and purchased this one recently. It can also make a nice edge control if you do not want to use a gel. It has been growing and thickening my hair and I know that thinner, less kinky textures may not enjoy this, but my hair is in love and I plan to keep this as a staple for dry scalp, hair, and skin!

NOT for everyone

I have really course thick hair and all I have to say is my hair and scalp loves this.
