I tried it out immediately upon delivery. The only thing I was disappointed in is the time it took to heat up the water. Which wasn't that long but I wanted instant hot water. Other than that I really like the product and the purpose.

This is my second hot water dispenser. I love these things. It is great to have hot water available at the push of a button, whenever I want it.

It's affordable & good quality.

I drink tea everyday this pot keeps water all the time for refills.

Nice Hot Water Pot

SPT should emphasize that switch to warm feature on product will not function

The SPT 3.2 liter hot pot that I received had an ivory top and bottom. It looked like it was used and returned by previous user. The inner chamber was bang up and slightly dirty. The exterior looked slightly scratched, and not very durable for a hot water dispenser. We put it back in the box and went back to Walmart. I guess I will have to go with Panasonic or the Elephant brand. It will cost me more, but I feel safer with a reliable product.

I got a different SPT hot pot, not as pictured.

After the water is boiled, it goes to keep warm as expected. But after a few hours, it goes into reboil again. So that same water is being reboiled a few times a day. Either temp sensor is bad or it can maintain the hot temp.

Product is good but i get it it's broken already so it returned it back
