This tape works exactly as expected. It sticks well, holds boxes securely, and the dispenser makes packing much faster and easier. The dispenser is comfortable to use and cuts the tape cleanly every time. Great quality and definitely worth keeping on hand for shipping or moving.

This is the best tape dispenser for all of your packaging needs. I have not found a better option and I'm a reseller on ebay. The problem with this is the tape refills. Don't skimp on the tape.

To move with boxes. This is a must!  The price for the amount of tape, it's like the tape dispenser and cutter is free!  Once I got the hang of it. Quick and efficient,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously owned this product and it was not working correctly. The product is now made more cheaply than the one I had purchased years ago.

We had a few older models from the 90s of other brands, they were a little bigger overall, but the teeth were chipped and broken, and the wheel was always either to tight, or to loose. These items dont last forever, but compared to a commercial grade counterpart, this is equal in quality, and significantly more affordable, and given the brand, you know its going to fit the "good tape" package sizing.  This item, and a six pack of tape, and assortment of boxes and moving blankets is all you need to move an entire household of items from place to another.

wish I bought this replacement sooner

Nice item for the price. Somewhat easy to place a roll of tape in the dispenser. Good to use to ship your package(s). Cuts the tape well and keeps the free end of the packaging tape from sticking to its roll. I am satisfied with this tape dispenser for the cost.

Nice tape dispenser for the price.

I always think the right tool makes the job easier.  Heavy duty tape – not so heavy duty.  A perfect delivery for the tape – this tool has some stupid plastic thing covering over the cutting edge so that you have to do an extra step to access %26 use the cutting edge.  what does that mean? The tape remains loose, snags on everything, but you don't see that and as you go to use the tool you end up just pulling out inches of tape that crinkles onto it's self.  you wasted tape.  You need the 2-step process to get to the cutting edge...  Anyway a whole lot of frustration that my old one didn't have.

I hate this thing

This is poorly designed and difficult to use. If you can get it aligned it works fine while you're using it, but there's no way for it to hold on to the tape when not in use, so you have to reset it every time. There's a huge clear plastic piece that seems completely useless. Just terrible overall design. It would be easier to manually use the tape and cut the roll.

Terrible

This item is absolute trash compared to the previous model of the previous 15 years.  The entire thing is less than 30% the quality and ease of use of the previous models.  Do not buy this one.

try to put this thing together and you're a genius.. poor quality, directions are insane, and it took four of us to try to put it together to use and none of us could do it..
