i used it to seal up some gaps on the exterior of my rv. Did one side a few months back and bought larger canister to   do larger section on the other side. Easy application and Seals tight

A couple of weeks ago I received my Flexseal product. I used it to try and stop a persistent basement  sewer drain pipe leak  that ran from a sewer drain pipe from the house through the basement's cement wall outside to my septic tank.  Unfortunately, in the past , everything I tried failed to stop the small leak. However, after I smeared it with the Flexsea, as best I could, and after three or four days I was delighted to see that it no longer leaked. I was delighted to see that it no longer leaked! Great job.

We've had an on-going problem with our 20 year old fiberglass/gelcoat shower/tub. The leak started as a small hairline crack in the bottom and has grown to 2-3". Over the last 3 years I've patched it twice with the Gelcoat Repair Kits which last a while, but begin leaking again. I did some research and decided to give Flex Paste a try. I covered the leaking area with Flex Paste and have been leak free for a couple of weeks. It seems like a solid repair and we'll see how long it lasts. I like that I can spread the Flex Paste well beyond the crack.

Flex Paste - Fixes Shower Tub/Leak

What I thought I could seal with 3 pounds of Flex Paste took 6 instead. It's not the easiest product to use, very thick and sticky. Putty knife is a must or similar. I sealed a wide gap between concrete slabs on my sidewalk. It came out all right with a lot of quick work as the paste wants to set fairly quickly once opened. Sets in less than 30 minutes, can says 15-30 depending on surroundings. It's a bear for cleanup, use mineral spirits or similar and be patient. I don't know of another product that would seal like this one did, their products work as advertised but not always the easiest to use.

Seals great but doesn't go very far

The product arrived quickly. I suggest using gloves when using this material. Unfortunately I did not, and had it all over my hands. Maybe it's just me. I had to use mineral spirits to clean my hands. It appears that the flex seal will work well for my use which was to fill some large voids on some plywood siding that had deteriorated at the base of the wall on my garage. One complaint: there was a ring of hardened material at the top of the stuff in the container. Other than that, it seems to be fine.

Seems to work

This is a good product, however the containers which we were shipped were obviously old inventory.  A large amount of the product was hardened to the  point it was unusable, perhaps 25% of the container.  Since it's an expensive product to purchase, this is a significant financial loss to the consumer.  Once you open the container you must use all of its contents within a 48 hour period as it hardens relatively quickly when exposed to open air.  Closing the container does not stop it from setting up and hardening once the inner seal is removed, it only slows the setup time.

Good product, but poorly managed by distributor.

So far I went through 3 tubs out of 4. In each tub, when I lifted out the foil "seal" there was a ring of dried and hardened paste all around the edge which I had to dig out. Seems like the seal did not seal very well,or the product sat around too long. Also I sure wish the paste was a little softer and easier to spread and work with.

Flex Paste

Seal membrane inside bucket only contacted product on 2inches diameter out of 4 5/8” diameter bucket.  Made about 10-20% of bucket unusable because it had hardened into an inch plus thick donut. Tried to patch a crack in wet tar on roof and paste wouldn't stick just rolled up onto other side of putty knife. Worked good on A/C hole in window.

totally failed to live up to what was advertised. i was trying to seal cracks in a fiberglas tub. it didn't stick, just slid across surface as i tried to spread. spent a lot of money on a total failure. i  fixed the problems by using epoxy and fiberglas tape.
