This robe is nice.  Very absorbent, thick cotton terry cloth. I'm 5'6" tall and weigh 170 lb and the extra large fits me with extra room.  I think I could have worn a large but I prefer the more spacious fit.

Really thick , shipped promptly

It is a well made product but in my case it was way too large.  I'm going to give it my so-in-law so it will get some good use but it didn't work for me.  The last bathrobe I ordered was an extra large so that's what I ordered this time which proved to be wrong!!!

The robe is not taupe.  It is Champagne.  I want a tan or taupe color for a Costume party of the Big Ligowski.

some defects

Superior Cotton Terry Adult Unisex Soft Lightweight Bathrobe, Extra-Large, Taupe would have been the perfect robe to keep me warm as it gets rather cold here sometimes and even in the Summer weather, with the a/c running constantly just to be able to breathe, it would have been nice to have it then. However, I washed it several times and I absolutely could not get rid of the shedding on my Pajamas and everything it touched. It seemed the more I laundered it, the worse it got. So, I only tried it on once over my pajamas and after continuously washing it with no results in improving, I just bagged it up and put it in the bin for the unfortunate of those who would truly appreciate what I could not seem to bear. I pray it helped someone. I am just not able to constantly being doing laundry for something that clearly wouldn't work for me. It was not lightweight as stated but very heavyweight.
