I recommend this wall insulated thimble. It is very easy to modify to fit your dimensions. It is well made and I was able to paint the inside wall section to match my wall color.  Before I painted it, I turned on my wood stove and made sure that it did not get too hot to paint. I have  been using it for a while with no problems whatsoever.
