Always gets compliments for its looks. Manual takes some time to master but very satisfying once you make the perfect espresso. Highly recommend

This espresso machine has been a disappointment. During extraction, water comes out of the steam wand instead of the group head, which completely affects the pressure and makes it impossible to pull a proper espresso.

I followed all recommended troubleshooting steps, including releasing a possible airlock and resetting the machine, but nothing worked. This issue started even though the machine was purchased just last month.

For the price, I expected much better reliability. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

Delivery time is very long. Takes over a week to ship one item. Still waiting..
