Ease Of Installation

Seat Heating

Everyone needs a bidet. Somehow America has found the least sustainable, least sanitary, AND most expensive way to do your business: wiping!

Instead, go with a bidet. Bathroom breaks are so much faster and easier and cleaner. I also rarely have to spend money on toilet paper. This is the single best purchase smaller than a car that I have made.

The product is great, too. Super easy to use.

GET A BIDET!!

brondell.com

Everything works and is a great addition to bathroom. Adjustable Warm water temp is nice as well as air dry. More than what we expected

Advanced Bidet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Brondell bidet, we are first time bidet users happy with our purchase. It was easy to install, running power was the hardest part.

Recommend Brondell bidet

Flat out happy with this purchase. Easy to install also.

Exceeds expectations

I've only had it for a short period of time. It has a lot of features for the money. My only complaint is you run out of hot water fairly quick, but the lukewarm water is fine.

Nice Features

Samsclub.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well except the warm water tank is not large enough to last a single cycle.

Works well except the warm

Everything works great the annoying thing is you get 20 seconds of warm water than ice cold the rest of the wash cycle. Wish I known that before purchasing as I have others that always stay hot. . .

Runs out of hot water way to quick.

Horrible. I would give it negative stars. It splashes water out between the seat and toilet bowl rim, as well as on top of the seat and on my pants. We installed it new and this has been the problem since day 1. I've tried it maybe 5 times this past year using the recommendations to keep it from splashing and nothing works. It makes the bathroom and myself messy. It is below neutrally helpful and makes the restroom experience horrible. I just want my regular seat back because this one seems flimsy too. There is also a huge gap (about 1”) between the seat and toilet bowl rim, even though the seat bumpers are resting on the rim. Thanks, but no thanks.

Unhelpful. Horrible.

Spent close to 400$ still ended up using more tissues. Doesn't clean properly because the water pressure is low. Then the nozzle doesn't go far enough on the rear side. The T joint is also a pain to fix ended up flooding the restroom one day since there was a leak. It may start leaking anytime since the T joint is not sturdy. The clearance between the seat and toilet is big enough to make water spill on the floor at every cleaning. All these issues were brought up to Brondell support but the customer support is pathetic they will keep repeating like a robot that these are not issues. Brondell doesn't understand customer issues and have no empathy. I will not refer anyone to buy this product. Walmart should consider delisting this product. If anyone needs pictures please reach out to me i will provide the pictures so that it will help to stay away from this product.
