Great cleaning system for tile flooring. I had used another cleaner and it simply kept the dirt suspended in the wet pad and this turned my grout black. I had to manually scrub all the grout lines. I was determined to find a cure. The power mop does not spread dirty solution onto my grout. It has remained as clean as it was when I scrubbed it clean over a year ago.

I've always loved the smell of lavender, so when I saw the Power Mop solution in lavender I knew i had to try it. I was not disappointed and I've used it ever since.  It smells lovely and works great on everything, from day to day cleaning to nasty messes.  I also think the product is reasonably priced for the amount of solution you get. Keep in mind that you don't have to over spray an area to get a great result. The Power Mop as a whole works great in my home and is very easy to use. I am a disabled veteran of the US Army and I have friends that help me keep my home clean. The Power Mop is lightweight, has easy to change pads and solution, and it is easy to store away since it doesn't take up much room at all when I'm done cleaning. I love all of the P & G products that make my life easier and much cleaner. One last thing ... since I share my 3 bedroom apartment with one 12yo Border Collie and three kitties ages 15yo, 14yo, and 6yo (btw, all rescues) there is always something that needs to be swept, washed, dusted, mopped (dusted and mopped happens a lot), or cleaned in some way shape or form. I like a very clean and organized home and Proctor & Gamble helps make that happen with products that work great and store away easily without taking up too much space. Loving Lavender!!

This product is amazing for maintaining the cleanliness of the home, my floors are clean and shiny and the best thing is that they help me with hairs from my pets. It's easy to use and I can save money for longer.

The power mop is great, it does do the job. Floors feel great. My one complaint- I am very sensitive to strong smells and this is so strong. I hope the scent will dissipate over night, but right now I cannot sit in the kitchen due to the overwhelming smell.

Please consider a unscented cleaning solution.

I like the product, but the scent is too strong

Cleans well, but the "fresh" scent is WAY to strong. Had to open a window for 2 hours to air out the room used in as the scent managed to make my eyes water, throat scratchy, and hard to breathe. This was approximately SIX HOURS after my husband had used it.  The "fresh" smells more like lavender which I'm HIGHLY allergic to. Perhaps offer an actual unscented solution??

Cleans; Causes allergy issues

I loved the scent and absolutely love the idea in theory however I don't know if the one I got was faulty but there is a certain angle that the mop must be held at otherwise it sprays EVERYWHERE no need to push the button and it's uncontrolled! I have to spray a little and then take the battery out to mop otherwise I would go through the whole bottle on one mop... I really wanted to like this product and maybe I would of mine just happens to be faulty

This product works  well--but I had to stop using it because the smell is absolutely too strong. It actually made me feel sick.  I have told everyone I know who is sensitive to scents not to use this product because of that.  They don't appear to have a low scent or unscented option. So the only thing you can do is not use it.

This is mop is nice and light weight, cleans well. The scent of the solution though is very very overwhelming. Mopping my kitchen gave me a pretty bad headache and even an hour later the smell is so overwhelming! Are any unscented or lightly scented options available?

Mops well, scent is too strong

If I could select, no stars I would. This is the worst product I have ever used on my floors. Even days later, there is a residue that leaves footprints from shoes and dogs. The first time I used it my floors were actually sticky. The next time I use less product and still had to deal with the awful residue.I love the mop. I have taken the cleaning bottles, dumped out all the cleaner and replaced it with my own cleaning product. The only thing good about the cleaning product is the containers, which I will use until they die and then I'll buy more cleaning product and throw it away, saving the bottles.

I do not like this product.
