The product/service met basic expectations and performed as described, though there were areas that could be improved. Two seperate recent purchases, one a winter pool cover and the other being 2 large intertubes, items new, original packaging, recieved prior to expected shipping dates in excellent condition. Highly recommend VMinnovatons!

Too early to tell the long term rating.  But it went on easy and seems to be fine.  I will be able to tell better in the spring after the freezing and thawing.

I would recommend this cover, a great deal for the price.  Perfect fit for my pool, the material is not as heavy duty as more expensive covers, but will work just fine.

The cover appeared to be just fine however the clamp to tighten down the wire that holds the cover secure broke right away with very little tension. Now it is raining and it could be days before I can replace this part. I had to rig something to try to tighten the cover, my only hope is that I do not lose the cover  before I can fix this
