They feel good and sturdy! The color is so nice and the joysticks feel really smooth. They can't read amiibos like most off brand joy-cons, but it's not an issue to me.

Good joycons

Worked just as expected for a fraction of the cost.  Considering my grandkids are rough on their controllers I didn't want to pay full price for other controllers so this was a good cost effective alternative.  I liked the colors too.

Perfect alternative for the official ones

Buyer Beware: These are not official Nintendo products.  YMMV.

Pros:
-Fits onto my switch perfectly
-Buttons are nice and clicky
-Motion sensor is actually not bad for what I was expecting
-Build quality and color are actually pretty good.
-No stick drift out of the box.

Cons:
-Vibration is horrible.  Either on or off, there is no haptic slight vibrations like real joycons.  It is enough to make the motion sensor shake which makes it difficult to play motion sensor games with it on... I just turned it off in the Switch settings.
-My trigger buttons were unable to be held.  For some reason, they pulse, making it difficult to play some games.

Good product for the price

Long lasting battery and great functionality. 
It work very well. 
It seems to rarely be buggy in regards to drift and vibration. 
It takes a little longer to sync to the switch. 
All in all it was a great buy for the price. 
I would recommend especially for the price

Great for the price.

The left joycon is unreliable. It generates phantom inputs when the stick is not being touched or sometimes opposite to the direction the stick is actually held. It is also very laggy sometimes. This seems to be because of its wireless connection as the problem gets worse with range.

For some people that never take the joycons more than a meter from the switch it might be fine, but it definitely doesn't match up to other OEM and licensed joycons ...

Left joycon is laggy and creates phantom inputs

My controllers came and we went to use them and they don't work and glitch so it causes the game to not be fun at all since it freezes your character. The button is pushed and doesn't respond at all. I went to return them and I can't and to contact the seller is impossible.

Don't buy

I desperately needed new joycons. I ordered these %26 was so disappointed when I found them unusable due to the drift in the left joy stick. Not only that, they are so hard to put on and nearly impossible to take off of the switch. Very disappointed. Maybe I just got a bad set…

Drifting %26 Stiff

The joy con looked really good however once I connected it to my switch it was glitching just as bad if not worse than my original joy con controllers which I bought these new ones for I had to throw these nice new joy cons away. Do not waste your money on these.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It was a Christmas gift for my husband, he took them straight out of the box and synced them to his Switch and as soon as he turned a game on they started drifting. The characters were moving without my husband even touching the controllers. I tried recalibrating them but nothing worked.

They don't work

Unfortunately the quality of the product is poor it feels cheaply made and it vibrates excessively to where it makes it impossible to use. We are returning them   We bought two  set of controllers but were different brands (due to available color) same low price and the other controllers were of satisfactory quality for price.
