I bought this for my kitchen and am very pleased with it.  The volume is good and it has been very dependable so far.  My husband is a musician and has much knowledge on equipment etc. and was fine with this little player.  It's a good and decent player/radio.  Yay Walmart!

Nice Little Player/Radio

Bought this for a 94 year old who has lost most of her sight.  She wanted to be able to hear audio books.  She was able to feel and use this product!  She especially likes that if she needs to stop she can hit the start button twice and it will pause, and when she comes back, she can resume where she left off.

Has made someone very HAPPY!

I like my radio very much it's small so it fits right where I need it to I love the color green that I picked this is spring green it's very pretty it plays all my lovely CDs hopefully they don't go totally extinct it has also AM FM radio

Nice sound for a small unit. I bought this for the CD player, not the radio so I cannot rate the radio reception, tuning accuracy, etc. . The CD player would have been nicer if it had a "random play" feature  since I like to play the CD's repeatedly (for which there is a function button) and I get tired of the songs playing in the same order all the time. It fits on my bookshelf nicely.

Provides good background for a lonely old man!

Purchased this radio because it has an antenna in the picture.  It definitely does NOT have an antenna.  Should have read the reviews first.  Other than that, it seems like a great radio.

NO ANTENNA

Bought this for husband to use at his shop but it was terrible. Not loud enough and terrible radio reception. Might be better for a child's bedroom. My mom gave me a different one that worked better for the shop.

Not that great

I bought this to play custom burned CD's in my shop while working.  Worked fine for about a month or so .  Then the CD would just randomly stop playing, sometimes after a few songs and sometimes after just a couple of minutes.  Tried different CD's with the same results, so the problem doesn't seem to be with the CD's (which play fine in other players).  The radio doesn't have very good reception in my shop either, and as others have noted, there is no antenna like the one pictured has.  How long have CD players been on the market now?  Don't we have this technology perfected yet?  The one thing I bought this to do, it won't do.  Waste of good money.

Started malfunctioning after a month of use.

We bought this for our daughter because the description says it has a built in headphone jack. It most certainly does NOT. What it has is an Auxiliary-in jack. We will be returning this item.

No headphone jack

Unit worked fine at first. Now makes a strange noise (sounds like static) when it is plugged in and not playing music. Would like to return this one and try another. How do I do so?

It would not play any of my cd's. I bought to practice sound tracts. I played them on another one and they worked so it wasn't the cd's.  I will be returning.
