All of the sturdiness you would expect for this type of gym equipment.  Perfect for those not ready to move to an 8 or 10 pound bar.  In my case these were for a Group Barbell class and purchasing these made the class more approachable for those who may otherwise have skipped the class.

I waited at least two weeks and received a bar that had two deep gashes in it . I used duct tape to prevent it from getting worse . Someone sent this order out knowing it was defective. That is a shame. It simply gives me another to stop shopping at Walmart
