Working with this pan makes me feel like a true chef. Ergonomically, it is wonderfully made to grasp and use. It perfectly disperses the heat evenly, producing reliable outcomes. You'll be impressed if the cuisine is prepared with this cookware! Before purchasing this cookware, we used standard, everyday cookware, and while it did cook, it did not perform as TFal Performa Pro.. The only thing I regret is that I didn't make TFal PerformaPro sets in my kitchen sooner!

This was bought as a gift and I find the pots sizes where smaller than I thought they would be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited about this 14-piece set since it was time to upgrade my pots and pans. What I found a little disappointing is that they stain so easily! I used one of the pots to boil some water for my elbow pasta, and it got stained; also, my daughter used a pan to make some grilled cheese, and the pan got super stained really bad. I'm really not sure if I have to keep an eye on the temp ( we have a gas stove), so I will try again and see if it makes some difference.

Good, but...

These pans look nice and feel nice. They have good weight and solid design. BUT, everything and I mean everything sticks to these pans and requires some pretty detailed scrubbing to get off. I've folllowed instructions on how to season and all, but everything still sticks. I wouldn't bother.

STICKS

I have only been using these pans for 3 days, however, every single item I tried to cook stuck to the pans miserably. In spite of the fact that I used copious amounts of oil to prevent foods from sticking it was impossible to get foods like eggs and fish out of the pan intact. When making scrambled eggs, half the eggs stuck to the frying pan. I do have to admit that after soaking with water and dish soap the food was relatively easy to clean out of the pan. However, I would prefer to be able to lift the food out of the pan with a spatula and put it on a plate rather than lifting some of the food out of the pan while 1/4 to 1/2 of it stayed behind stuck to the pan. I have never been so disappointed especially since I trust the T-fal name and have always thought they produce excellent cookware. I have been pleased with my other cookware from them and perhaps that is why I am so absolutely devastated by how terribly these pans perform.
