These pots and pans cook evenly with nicely ceramic coating that keeps the majority of the heat on the flat cook surface of the pan!

Top notch cookware.

I only had this set for less than 60 days. The handles are loose on the large pan. The ceramic bottom had cuts in it after the first use with their spaculer that came with the set. The stainless steal is discoloring as well. Stay away from this set. I called into the warranty for t fal. I was told they do not cover discoloring with the warranty. I have my receipt for heavens sake. It is around 60 days old and i am out over $200 dollars. The rep told me I can send my set to them and they can fix the handle. Of course, she told me it will take weeks. So in the meantime, i wi ja e to purchase another set to cook on! Why would not t fal accept pics of this set along with a copy of recepit? I think they know their product is no good
