This Jumbo Cooker is great for many dishes especially when doing fried rice.

T fal  Essential 5qt Jumbo Cooker

So far so good! bought it 5 months ago and it's a good size jumbo cooker with a normal weight. not too heavy, not too light. It's an essential part of my kitchen and I have cooked many dishes in it including meat patties, meat stew, vegetables, etc. and fried things. Haven't tried it in the oven yet and probably wouldn't do so. Its depth keeps your stovetop clean when you're frying stuff. I have always cooked on low to moderate heat. The handle for the lid could be designed in a bigger size just for more comfort.

It's fine, it's much lighter and feels a lot cheaper than the same skillet I purchased 4 years ago (which I replaced because the nonstick coating was starting to show signs of wear). It came slightly dented and misshapen where the second little handle is, but the metal is so flimsy I could unkink it by hand. The handle is already starting to come a little loose. It does what I need it to but the quality is definitely lacking.

It's ok.  I like the size but the lid isn't tight fitting.

I don't know why but the pan is not completely circle anymore . Might have been warped a bit in the heat, still functioning but changed shape

Works

It will last a year before the handle breaks down (avg use) the only thing that didn't stick to it was quality/durability. Handle is riveted and too thin to last - it bends when you pick it up with the weight of spaghetti, to drain it. The lid handle isn't insulated so it gets hot. Everything stuck to the middle (8" diameter) of the pan. If the pan is warm, cooking oil runs to the edge, because the middle is slightly raised. The bottom is very thin, compared to past version, so heat hits harder in the centre. Past versions had an insulated lid and a thicker bottom - I had both when I bought this one. I won't use it again, coating flakes off and is toxic to the body. Built in obsolescence makes products expensive in too many ways: environmentally, health, cost over time etc. And it's just no fun to cook with, everything wants to stick and burn because of the coating and thin bottom... I'll get a cast iron pan, maybe something old/quality that's proven to last and isn't chemically coated.
