I was so excited to buy a T-fal smokeless grill with my birthday money last week, but when it got to the house, someone picked it up to put it in the kitchen for me, went to fast and dropped smashing into pieces. It breaks my heart. No offer to pay for it either.

Never got a chance to use it.

the aluminum drip tray stains. it looks like there is mould all over it. on my third use the food that had dripped on it stained it and there are dozens of tiny spots that look like mould. i have tried with soap and water and with an sos pad to remove the stains. nothing works. it is unsightly.
