The flat iron works great on my hair and I have not noticed additional damage to my hair. I use it on the lowest setting and not every day.   A button is on the side and I have had to figure out hit to use the iron without accidentally turning the iron off. Otherwise, pleased with purchase.

I have the curler and I really like the quality of it so I decided to get the straightener and I wouldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. It heats up super fast, the material is durable. My hair was slickly straight for days and not frizzy at all. I love it, worth your money!

T3 SinglePass Loving it!

Clean, one sweep iron. Figuring out how to set the heat level can be challenging but after hitting buttons a few times, I think I have it figured out. Love the shine it gives my hair.

Love the smooth sweep

I liked my other T3 better. After I left imy original one in a hotel room, I purchased this one thinking it was the same model but it wasn't. I'm not sure which model I had before, I think it was the next level up after this one. Anyway, this “singlePass” is not completely accurate. I have fairly fine hair, and it works just fine on my hair, but comparing it to the t3 one I had before, it was a bit smoother. Also, I think the width on this one is smaller than my Original t3, making the curls a little smaller. But not by much. My real issue and number one reason for 3 stars is that it is very confusing to turn on and off and change settings. And my finger keeps hitting the buttons, I feel like they're poorly placed. To be fair, I haven't read the directions on how to use the settings yet, I usually just use the setting that it was on the time before, so it's fine, but I would get more out of it if I took the time to figure out the curl settings and all that. It just seems very difficult to change the settings and it really shouldn't be that hard

I liked my other T3 better

My hair is fine and straight, this straightener pulls on my hair even when just straightening. Also the location of the buttons makes it so that i am constantly pressing them and switching the settings while styling. Disappointing as i had researched straighteners forever, trying to find the best one for my hair type, and splurged on this one because it had such good reviews.

Shouldn't have these issues with how much it costs.

The power button is poorly placed and exactly where you would hold the tool while using it causing the product to turn off while using.

I bought this to take to Australia with me as it'a advertised as being auto world voltage. I purchased the appropriate outlet adapter to use with this type of tool. I got to Australia, plugged it in, and the iron starting smoking and crackling. The iron does not work and it essentially blew up my outlet adapter too. Do not purchase for overseas use.

Do not purchase for international travel!!!

Impossible to turn this thing on and get the heat as desired.  I hate it.  Don't buy it.
