[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I compared cutting ease of this lopper on 1"-1 1/2" branches with a comparable non-compound bypass lopper, brand new Fiskars model.  After trying both, I immediately returned the Fiskars.  Really, there is no comparison.  Seriously!  The Tabor is well made, I have confidence it will hold up, and I am very glad I tried it before deciding to keep the 32" Fiskars.
