It is enjoyable food. Easy on the go, quick option to serve food - shelf-stable. I like this food overall: delicious yellow dal with squash and spices in creamy coconut sauce. It has a little sweetness to it. Overall good combination of  spices. I would recommend this.

This was my first time trying a ready-made Indian Dal, and I was pleasantly surprised how good it tasted. The dal is creamy, flavourful and comforting. You can really taste the sweetness of the coconut, squash and hearty texture of the chickpeas. So yummy! The spices are perfect - not too spicy or mild. It was so convenient to make as it only took  4 minutes on the stovetop from start to finish, and I enjoyed it with rice. Much quicker than making from scratch and perfect on those busy days. Convenient, tasty, very affordable and highly recommended.

A taste of India, a taste of coconut, a taste of squash, a taste of entree.. You name it! Easily heatable and perfect for food prep! I love that kids will eat it too, because it is literally squashy and they don't have to do any work and can eat it just like mashed potatoes. My colleagues asked me what I was eating because it smelled so delicious! I am sold!

A real Indian Entree!

This is such a convenient little lunch if you are short on time. Just put it in a microwave for a few minutes and you have a perfect side dish or addition to a meat cut of your choice. Needless to say, it goes perfectly with chicken, but it also goes well with beef. The texture is just like squash puree, and you can definitely taste coconut as well. It is ideal for food prep. Love it!

I really enjoy combination of lentils, squash and coconut with rice in this dish because if is provided great rich and creamy flavor. I think spice also give some balance to this dish. Overall, it is great option on the go to explore variety of food with quick preparation.

Love the convenience of these very satiating line of products.  Only takes a minute or so in the microwave and it heats up right in the pouch.  Love the taste of these as they are full of spice and authentic flavour.   Eaten alone or smothered on top of mashed potatoes.

Last week I made dinner for me and my husband. We felt like Indian food, so I made Tasty Bite Squash Dal All Natural Entree! It was so good! I put the delicious dal on a bed of rice and served it to me and my husband! We both loved it and will eat it again! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves great food!

Perfect Dal

Simple ingredients and a quick and easy meal for the family of 2. My toddler enjoyed it as much as I did. I love a quick and easy dinner option especially when the day is behind schedule. It was mild but flavorful. And lots of chickpeas and a healthy creamy. Rave!

Tasty Bite Coconut Squash Dal All Natural Indian entree is a quick an easy vegetarian meal.  I put the dal on a bed of rice.  It was a little bland but nothing to complain about,

I was really looking forward to trying this Coconut squash dal, but it was a huge disappointment. The flour was bland and oddly sweet but very little of the authentic Indian taste I expected. The texture was mushy and un appetizing and squash overpowered everything else. Even after adding spices, it was hard to enjoy. I would not purchase this product again.
