I shopped around many places. I was looking for a high BTU unit I have open upstairs floor plan with no forced air system just base boards my 1000 BTU unit failed that I had so I saw this unit on sale at Walmart online. I did my research and it has a high consumer rating and was over a $ 100.00 cheaper then any other place on line I looked. So I bought it and I've had it for a month now and I'm very pleased with its performance and operation. It has kept the temperature cool and comfortable the hole up stairs 600 square feet.   I give it a 👍ups.  For now!  I'm very picky!
