We love our TCL tv's. We used to use the Roku boxes in all of our rooms but have switched to the smart Roku TCL tv. The operating system and menu's are easy to navigate and no more separate boxes! The quality is excellent and the picture and sound are better than more expensive tv's we have owned from large name brands!

This TCL Roku 40" tv is a great buy - so easy to set up!  The big picture is great.  The remote works very well.  I am not a gamer so cannot speak to that.  But if you enjoy Hulu, Prime Video, CBS All Access, Netflix, HBO, etc., this is the tv for you.

Great TV for the price!

I've been thinking about getting a TV for my bedroom for a while now though, I didn't want to have to get another cable box for it. So, I knew I wanted another smart TV and after looking at a lot of 40" smart TV I decided to go with this Roku TV. Not only does it have all the channels I watch as well as Youtube, Prime, Hulu, etc. but it also has the Xfinity Stream app. So, I can watch all my DVR recordings as well as Live TV

Excellent picture. Because it sits in a wall-unit, we had to place it at diagonally, but it has a very wide viewing angle.

Before setting up the tv make a Roku account if you don't have one. It's free and you won't be scammed out of 100 ‘s of dollars. Tv is standard for a basic tv

Fast delivery and everything worked out of the box. Already had a TCL Roku of different size so I was  familiar with connections and Roku menus. I think that TCL TV's are the best value for the dollar. You have to pay double the price for other brands with better specs with only slightly noticeable better picture quality. Longevity may still be the rub but I suppose TV's today are becoming more disposable at earlier ages due to technology changes. Picture in included shows the TV on a stand that I already had as I prefer the looks and utility of this stand over the little legs that come with the TV.

So far so good, only had it a week.

The first tv that came was broken and they sent a replacement very fast with no issues and then the tv works great.

Need  help putting a warranty on one of the two of these   . Was not made possible when purchased. Have one on one of them . Tried many times following instructions as per customer rep. Keeps coming up not eligible. Not opened or used. Xmas gift. This is ridiculous. I dont enter stores at this time and have to rely on internet and phone to solve this. Please help.

Need help

One of the worst TVs I have ever bought. Constantly restarting itself, exiting out my channels and freezing. It happens literally every single day l. Been doing it since the first month getting it and it's a year later and updates later still not working.

These Tvs are cheap for the quality. We have 3 of the smaller 32 in but i decided to get a bigger tv for our living room and ordered the 40in. Tv was working great until after 3 weeks when one night the voices werent matching up to the images. Turned it off and back on and it worked fine. Then 2 weeks later BOOM sound just goes out completely. I guess i can hook a sound bar up to it and see if i can get audio taht way. but very disappointed,

TV went out 2 weeks after return window! So Mad!
