I use these during the day and at night in bed. They are great for me. They absorb well, are very comfortable, and unlike when I used pads (not Tena) I don't notice any odor until I remove them. As advertised, they seem to keep the odor inside the briefs. My pants don't smell even when I have left the briefs on longer than l should unless I drip into exterior pants in the process of emptying my bladder. My only wish is that they came in another color than white like dark blue, black, burgundy, dark green.

These have improved my life some while caring for my husband. Even with these ultimate briefs he still can get the bed wet if I dont change them during night after about 5 hours. They get heavy and hold more than any and I have tried them all. He wears these during day too.

The best underwear as holds entire void

The fit, feel, and appearance is so close to "normal" underwear. Protection level exceeds all other products we have tried, which is many. The strength, no tearing while putting underwear on and off, of the material used also exceeds other products we have tried.

The BEST Disposable Underwear Product available

My 97 yr old father has been using Tena men's underwear for the last 2yrs and he is very satisfied with these super plus underwear. They are very comfortable. These underwear products does what its claims - Absorbs! Online ordering has made it very convenient and easy.

A great pair of underwear

After prostate cancer removal I was left with 100% leakage. I tried a number of other products that were readily available at local retailers. I tried disposable underwear with an extra pad inserted. Nothing was really very effective and I began to withdraw from my normal daily activities. Someone in the same situation as me recommended Tena and said they worked the best for him. I have stopped using other products almost entirely. After 6 months I have made good progress and am able to sleep through the night without leaking thanks to Tena. I feel safe to go and do things without fear of leaking "in public" thanks to Tena..

Best Product I Have Found

Tena Men Protective Underwear Super Plus Absorbency have been a lifesaver and time saver! They really are absorbent and odorless. No more leaks! They are simply the best! So we have less laundry and less embarrassment! The only problem we have is the sizing. The m/ l are too small for my husband and the x/l are too big. We have tried both! If only there was a size in between.

Tena Men Protective Underwear Super Plus Absorbency

When incontinence began to raise its ugly head, I was at a loss on how to manage this unfortunate condition that was now plaguing me. For a time I was using women's pads which, of course, were never designed for men. Then I went online and found Tena and the underwear plus absorbing pad they sell. To say it was a godsend is just not enough. I had experienced humiliating urination episodes that left a bad odor and embarrassing stains on my clothes that I could not hide. But once I used their underwear, these embarrassing episodes came to and end. I still suffer from incontinence and probably will for the remainder of my life, but I can't tell you how much better I feel knowing that there is a product out there that literally saved me. Thank you Tena is all I can say. If there were other words to better describe how I really feel I would use them, but thank you is all I have.

I was saved

These are the best fitting disposable brief that I have been able to find. They are still comfortable after 12+ hours of wear, including an hour of intense core and leg therapy sessions. The have held large incontinence discharges of each variety, but have to date, not allowed any leakage. My first suggestion is that TENA should expand the range of sizes to include everything from small to bariatric (e.g., S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL, Bariatric). Second, TENA should create more levels of absorbency from light to medium to heavy and finally the current Super Plus level. With such a superior product, TENA is losing many potential sales by not having an all inclusive set of sizes and absorbency levels.

I sleep in the PROTECTIVE UNDERWEAR SUPER PLUS. I have severe arthritis, so when I wake, it takes me a while to get out if bed and then I move very slowly. When I wake with the urge to urinate, I have confidence that I can get out of bed and make it to the bathroom without wetting the bed or the floor. I highly recommend this product.

Small medium is way too big. Bigger than a depends large. I was surprised. My dad hates them. Says they leak out the sides. Now I'm stuck with a bunch.
