These are great they hold water well, the only issue I have is that they could be wider in crouch area to prevent leakage from the sides

I have been using this product for a couple of years. I am a 27 year old male, I find that the mens version, only available in Medium/Large are to big since my waist is about 31 inches. These work just fine for me, they provide enough coverage in the front. They work really well in the day, and could be used during the night. They are very comfortable and absorbent, and have very good odor control. This underwear does not become loose and fall off after wearing for longer periods of time, they always stay put and snug on your body. I would recommend this product to anyone, men or women, who are looking for a product that is super reliable, discrete, and comfortable throughout the day. If you are active, need a pull up style underwear that absorbs a good amount of liquid then these will work for you. I have included some photos of the product in new condition out of the package to show how well they are constructed.

Best ever!

Most comfortable I've worn. Both the softness of the material and the fantastic wicking that occurs when wet make these underwear the best in the industry in my opinion. I actually tried 11 different brands in my journey, so have found a multitude of different options none as good as Tena.

Best options for both comfort and quality

I am 72 years old, the mother of five adult children, and the grandmother of 10. One reason I take care of myself is to know my young grandchildren (ages 2-8), as well I know my older grandchildren. In taking care of myself, I walk 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 miles every day, and I also drink a lot of water. These Tena underwire are the only ones that contain the urine and do not get my shorts/pants wet.

These keep my clothes dry.

I've tried all of the brands and none compare with Tena. The Super Plus underwear really works for those of us who suffer from the heaviest of flows. It allows me to work all day without embarrassing incidents. Though, I always keep an extra tucked away in my desk - just in case. Trust me, you won't find a better incontinence product!

I am 72 years old, mother of five, and walk at least 3.5 miles every day, and I frequently walk more than that. I take water with me and never make it home without urinating. This is the only product I have found that contains the urine, and I have never had wet walking pants with this product, as I have with other products bought at the drug/grocery stores.

I alternate between the Overnight pads which I use most days, occasionally wearing the Super Plus Heavy underwear when I may be out for extended periods. My incontinence is usually a sudden need without much warning and the underwear protects me quite well in this regard. My only complaint is that the size Large is a bit too small, and I wish the XLarge were a bit smaller, therefore a little snugger through the hips. Otherwise,, I'm sold on TENA products. We are on a 14 day cruise next year,, I will be packing a complete supply with me.

I had been using this product in L (large) size, but due to issues I had been experiencing with the side seam tearing prematurely I purchased these in XL. Unfortunately, I MUST be just over the L size as the XL seems too big and does not fit securely.  I have just purchased packs of the Tena Pro-skin Ultra briefs. Getting used to them, but they do seem to fit better.

Good product,, just a sizing issue

I ordered the XL, the same size I get in the sensitive care overnight. They were too big, and came up past my waist. I felt like I was putting on a paper sheet. Nothing stylish about it! The absorption was good, but the fit made it uncomfortable to wear under clothing. I don't think getting a smaller size would help — the underwear is just not appealing. We who have to wear incontinent underwear do not want to feel like we're wearing a huge diaper. This product makes me feel that way.
