I am so happy that I have found a new type of brief that works so well for me. I have quite a bit of urine leakage during the night, and I am quite pleased with these briefs.

Unisex briefs are the best!

When I consider an övernight brief I expect it will absorb all my nocturnal emissions. These are good, but I have experienced leaks with them. I always wear a diaper cover, so the leaks did not get on the mattress. They are comfortable to wear. I especially like the stretch bands, which eliminate the four tabs other briefs use.

Good, but Leaks Happened

Seemed to work well, but the tabs didn't hold overnight

Fell off overnight

I had high hopes for this product as a solution to leaks from heavy leakage at night.  I was disappointed:
Positives:
     High absorption (it will hold a lot of leakage)
     Soft feel on the skin
     Strong Velcro type attachment 
Negatives:
     Leaks during heavy urine release due to lack of inner raised guards
     Bulky- felt like I had a log between my legs in bed
     Low rise- sits below my waistline
     Dark color graphics- shows through thin clothing with bulkiness

Disappointed

L/XL is too large for someone who just need the large. Flap with tape is to awkward to adjust while standing.
