I spent several hours on line and in store researching the most absorbent pads. I returned Discreet Pads and Disposable Pants. I read many reviews and compared many products. Tena pads are the best and largest. I watched several videos from different brands.

I think they are meant to absorb 8 cups of liquid. However, I can only excrete 1 pee at night, before the pad leaks and wets my sheets....not 2 pees in the same pad. I don't think I pee an abnormally large amount but it's still a relief not to have to get out of bed, expose my self to light and effort to pee in the toilet because this makes it more difficult to go back to sleep and overcome severe insomnia.

Maybe I could try swapping a clean, dry pad into my underpants in the middle of the night, in bed, after I pee the first time, to avoid getting up to go to the bathroom at all! 

Anyway, Tena has no smell like the others complain. You don't need extra pull up urination protection disposable pants...the pad is enough and the best compared to all the rest. I'll definitely keep buying Tena Pads which are made of more natural material without gel.

These pads are Super Plush %26 provide great coverage %26 absorbency! 
These are the OVERNIGHT 8 Pads. I'd mistakenly purchased the Tena Sensitive 8 Pads but the my are not as plush %26 absorbent, so if you need Maximum Protection, pay close attention to the wording on the package to avoid making the same mistake I did.

I have tried other brands when new ones come along. These are by far the best. The coverage and absorbency are truly worth 5 stars. They are unscented.

Great Product

I used to use Poise but they always leaked and got my pants wet so what is the point.  I decided to try Tena because the lesser brand ones- sorry Walmart but the store ones leaked worse than the poise and Tena put together. Tena is comparable in cost to Poise but leaked less than Poise. But there are lots of times the Tena leaked loads when I didn't think it had leaked at all. I guess there is no brand that is totes leak proof. But Tena is my choice of all of them for going on a year.

No choice

These are great for bed, but too wide, too thick and not long enough for days.  They are comfortable though.  So I will look to see if you have longer ones, not as wide to wear for days.  I don't need these for nights.

Large wide pads

I like the fact that it is very soft ,comfortable  and absorbs well but it needs more adhesive so front %26 back adhere to underwear . These flop around causing underwear not stay in place . Interior shreds %26 leaks . Disappointment as costly %26 do appreciate the fact that it is so soft %26 what adheres does absorb well

I think I've tried every brand out there %26 this one works the best for me. It usually does a great job, but occasionally it does not absorb it all - like if i laugh or am traveling. Im on duretics, so it's hard to make it to the bathjroom in time. They are also a bit too wide in the middle - but its probably needed to catch it all.

The best I've found for small leaks

It soaks right through to underwear in a second. The description says for  nighttime incontinence but when you receive the package no where on the package does it say that. Makes me wonder if they are for periods and not incontinence like the description in this ad says. I have been using them all times of the day and evening and they leak no matter how much. I have to have extra pads with me at all times due to accidents after my hysterectomy. Hopefully I get better soon.

Fit was good, but Product did not hold the amount of urine as stated. I got better coverage from equate overnight pads. Would recommend only if urine output is moderate not heavy.. returning product for full refund. I expected more from a name product highly disappointed.
