bought this for when i do yard work. it is adjustable so i can make it as loose or as tight as i want. i have a very bad back to where sometimes even walking is near impossible. i put this on my back and have two knee braces on i can actually mow the lawn again and not be crippled by the time i'm done. my back actually feels better after wearing it and take it off.
now anytime my back starts to act up i'll put it on for a few minutes then take it off and viola' the pain is gone. i highly recommend this for those who suffer back troubles.

i have lower back issues and need to wear on days where i am more active then usual . I had trouble with my older one(not this brand) which would pop off every time i would bend over or sit . This one is Awesome !! Velcro is strong and stays put and the extra tightening straps feels so delicious lol. It has 4 bones not sure what material plastic or metal that do not poke at you since my bum bum protrudes is a plus and bones are located about a inch apartin the back  with a cushion piece on the spine . I have a 38 in waist fits great . Hope this helps great for price !!!

Im in love

Easy to use, reasonable price, easy to clean.
I like it mostly because you can wear it under your garments and hide it. The only negative, but not that bad, is that sitting down it may not be so comfortable because it digs into your body, specially if you carry more weight than its normal for your height and build.

Good for minor back discomfort

This was recommended by a neuro surgeon. It does do what it says - gives you support so that you hurt when you bend in any direction.  But keep in mind, it is 2 layers so it does get hot!  So wear a T-shirt underneath so that you your skin does not get itchy and sweaty too much.  Also, at first when you tighten the second layer, your back feels so good but remember not to tighten the second layer too much as it will become restrictive and uncomfortable.  I usually wear the brace about  2-3 hours at a time.  It is very helpful.

So far this helps just as I wanted. Have some back pain when doing work things that require bend, etc. This back brace is just right

This works well for me as expected

I am 70 yrs young and my back is as old, when working on my garden my back would get so sore. I tried this and it made a world of difference.

Back Aches

I wear this back brace all the time, It gives me great support especially after having my third back surgery. It's better than my other back brace.

Excellent back brace

I tried to move a 15 inch thick  King size mattress by myself because I was too stubborn to wait for my husband. Been in pain for 3 days. Ordered this with 2 day delivery and what a relief when it arrived! the compression is definitely helping. I've only had it on for a few hours so I can't really say as to whether or not it gets you sweaty underneath when doing physical things. But I would kind of think that any kind of brace or anything like this would get sweaty after a while. This one is probably a bit cooler than others due to the mesh.

Just What I Needed

I use this bell every time I need to bend my back to pick up anything on the floor. The belt is easy to wear, hold the back at the pressure I like by tightening or loosing it. Since the price of the belt is so low, I buy the new belt every 6 months even though the old belt is still in a very good shape. I highly recommend this belt to my Folks.

Using a  bell is the best practice to save my back

Easy to use and adjust and did support my back - as I hoped. Usually my back would ach over longer walking distances and this clearly helped. For the cost it's worth taking a chance if you experience pain while standing or walking for long periods of time.

Also hides well too as it is not bulky.
