Like many others in my neighborhood, my yard was plagued by disease and fungus. The grass had disappeared, leaving behind patches of weeds and dead grass. After conducting some research, I decided to purchase this specific product. After a few applications, I noticed that the weeds had stopped growing. However, it's important to note that the process requires more effort than just spreading the product on the lawn; you also need to tackle some of the larger weeds manually. Now, my grass is greener, and the fungus is gone. The yellow patches have been replaced with healthy green grass.

I have struggled with brown patch for 5 years now. We live near Houston and last two summers have been hotter and more humid than normal. I started applying DiseaseX in early June and set an alarm on my phone to reapply every month. It's end of November and so far, so good. My whiny neighbor got hit hard and blamed me for the brown patch. I have been delighted to see that what she's using didn't work nearly as good as my monthly application.

Finally resolved my brown patch issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied this product on my yard and it worked well. It removed the mildew and brown spots in my yard. I am happy with the results because my yard has started to fill back in the areas that were the problem area. I applied one bag to the entire yard.  I have purchased another bag just in case the problem returns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to spread.  Lawn looks good after a couple waterings. Never used a product like this before. 1 5000 square foot bag was enough to do the from lawn and side lawn on a standard Florida lot size.  Would of needed another bag to complete the back yard too.

I was happily surprised by the effectiveness of this product.  I think I had red thread on a patch of our lawn.  I applied this product in late June 2021 and after about 3 weeks the reddish brown spots had all gone. Check out the before and after photos.  I guess it could have been other factors like the weather, and I used about 4x as much product as the packet said, but we're very happy with the way the lawn looks now.

My sod lawn (Northern CA) had numerous patches of Red Thread and was starting to die back, thin out in spots and looked horrible. Applied entire bag on 250 square feet of lawn and within 2 weeks it was lush, filled in and the disease was gone. Two weeks later added a sprinkle of Scotts Turf Supreme fertilizer (which I have always used) and my lawn is verdant green and healthy again.

Great product. It works.

I've applied as directed but rally have no indication of what to look for as far as results. Do I still have brown patches in the lawn……yes. 
I wish I knew what to look for.

On the fence with diseaseEx.

I used this product and I'm actually afraid that it killed my grass instead of reviving it. I have never had the brown spots and patches that I do now since using this product. They multiplied. Absolutely disgusted by what has happened since applying this to my lawn, never again. Now I have to go spend MORE money to get a better product to fix the damage that was done by using this stuff.  Stay far away from it or you'll regret it.

Doesn't do what it says - stay away from it

Scotts DiseaseEX certainly did not cure but make worse.  My lawn is now a total disaster.  My lawn was beautiful and green.  One day I saw 1 big yellow spot then I quickly applied DiseaseEX to the entire lawn.  It turn out worse than ever.  My lawn is now 90% yellow.

Scotts DiseaseEX do not work
