[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great girl for the money. Used it a few times don't seem to have any issues at all. I like that the grilling rack is stainless steel would definitely buy this again. One thing came to mind.. maybe making the left shelf collapsible just in case you're tight on space.

I've had my nexgrill for 6 years now.   It's the best grill I've ever owned. I've had much more expensive gills but this is my favorite one.  Is sturdy and it's aged well.  Is starting to show some wear and I'm picky about how it looks because it's usually somewhat of a focus point as we use it a lot when entertaining.  Just came on here to checkout new ones and thought I needed to leave a review.  I'll be buying another one at some point.

MY FAVORITE GRILL AT AGE 70, I'VE HAD AT LEAST 12

I have enjoyed my model number 720-0830X grill. Too bad it shows this model is “discontinued” upon registration. I love the features especially the side burner cooktop. Very solid construction. Easy to use.

Beautiful powerful Grill

Very satisfied with the product. It is well made, easy to use, and the registration process was quick and simple. Everything worked as expected. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality and easy registration

I love my new Nexgrill . I have always wanted to try a gas grill and this has not disappointed!!  From its great sturdy look to its ease of use . Very satisfied customer.

Part not label after I confirm all the part and level myself. All was good except my left side one screw didn't line up  so I put it as far as I could

Parts

I have owned this grill for ten years, I have not seen any of the complaints on other reviews other than that about the flame retarders. They clean off and are still usable.  Main complaint is the poor searing ability.
Great value and obviously durable.

Recomended

The model that we purchased 720-0830XK is not available to choose from the warranty list. 

Easy-ish to set up, but instructions aren't quite accurate for this model. 

Step 1 of building instructions is impossible to execute because the brass fitting is backwards and cannot be changed around, therefore the wing bolt is not able to screw in due to backwards threading. It's a minor issue with no bearing on performance, but it's meant as a safety feature for the propane tank. Haven't cooked on the bbq yet but the rest of installation went well. Overall I'm very happy with it, seems to be a good value.

Good value

Bought the grill a month ago. Used it twice. Still having issues with the natural gas conversion. Poor communication from the retailer about how the conversion to natural gas works. Still waiting on our gas supplier re-visiting to complete the conversion.

Underwhelmed

I am a disappointed in this grill. I bought a higher end model in April 2021, hoping it wouldn't rust after a couple of years. Three years later it's really badly rusted out on the bottom. I have kept it cleaned and covered and it still rusted out.
Other than that it's been a great grill.
