My wife and I assembled the Nexgrill 720-0830X in a couple hours.  Some part had an extra screw. The front door handles was short one. Easily replaced at local hardware store(they are metric). Looks really good and will be firing it up this evening!

Some things could be improved such as the doors, they are flimsy and have poor magnets they attach too. The drip cup could cover more area, but the system is good and the grates are nice quality and the structure is of desirable quality for the price I got. Wheels could be a bit better. I do like it very much.

Good grill

So far it was an easy to follow step by step process with 2 tools. 1 Phillips head screw driver and 1 adjustable wrench.  Once put together its very strong. Only thing is the caster wheel with the brake on it is unable to do the full 360 degree rotation because it runs into the side of the frame. But other than that its pretty good. Best ive bought so far. This is my 6th grill in about 12 years. Hopefully ill get 3 or 4 years out of this one. Its my 1st NEXGRILL so we will see. I've only had CHARBROIL. This grill will live outside all year in central FL and get used 3 or 4 times a week with a cover.

Just put together

I have owned this grill for ten years, I have not seen any of the complaints on other reviews other than that about the flame retarders. They clean off and are still usable.  Main complaint is the poor searing ability.
Great value and obviously durable.

Recomended

The model that we purchased 720-0830XK is not available to choose from the warranty list. 

Easy-ish to set up, but instructions aren't quite accurate for this model. 

Step 1 of building instructions is impossible to execute because the brass fitting is backwards and cannot be changed around, therefore the wing bolt is not able to screw in due to backwards threading. It's a minor issue with no bearing on performance, but it's meant as a safety feature for the propane tank. Haven't cooked on the bbq yet but the rest of installation went well. Overall I'm very happy with it, seems to be a good value.

Good value

Finally completed, looks really good and the quality of the build is first class. One frustration was the instructions which proved slightly confusing and a small rebuild had to be undertaken. All part of the fun!!

Instructions Frustrating

The grill is amazing and built well. I was surprised to have a cover included and the griddle is high quality. Unfortunately when we took out the parts to assemble our BBQ the bottom was bent in two corners. We couldn’t return it as we needed it that evening. Other than that I would def give it 5 Stars

Amazing grill except ……

Unpacking and assembly is not easy for someone who is not handy or does not know what they are assembling. Booklet has sufficient information pointing to which parts to use, but not very clear about details on how to attach them.

I bought this late last summer and it is nothing but a piece of junk

Casters are terrible. There's an open back where varmints can get in. The burners are lit one at a time and the igniter is out on it.
