Perfect size and feature set for me.  Very well constructed and I expect to get years of enjoyment from the rack. So great to be able to ride with friends.

I like the way the hutch tightens up.  Nothing upsets me more than a rocking bike and this rack doesn't rock

I owned the platform carrier and switched to the hanging carrier and absolutely love the ease of this carrier.  It was incredibly easy to assemble, and placing the bikes is even easier.  I was a bit nervous reading the reviews about the straps, but if you follow the directions and put the strap end in the holder, it is a snap to lock and unlock the straps.

Incredibly Simple

Love our Thule bike rack. Easy to install and use. This is our second one. We outgrew the first one.

Great bike rack

We just did over 1000 miles last week as we went to Zion from So Cal with our 4 bikes on it. I would highly recommend it although I'd change the strapping system as the oversized zip ties  are kind of a nuisance to instead compared to the other belt style

Love it

We've been out for several times with 3 bikes mounted. The longest trip is 20km one way with the max speed around 70km/h. It feels like very sturdy. One problem for me is the frames of my wife and son's bikes (20' and 24') are  seems a bit tight for it. The paint is scraped a bit. Other than that, it needs a bit of effort when you try to mount two bikes onto adjacent cradle. But it should be a common problem for all cradle racks. Overall, I'm happy with this product.

Good product

Bought it a months ago to take bikes to parks beyond city limits. Already made 2 trips (+/- 100 km away) and didn't have any problems. The components are really easy and quick to install even with no help. Placing and removing the bikes is fast and easy (after the first try). The bikes and rack bounce a bit and takes a couple of trips to have confidence on the system. if you're going off-road, might be scary looking at the mirror.
overall, the material quality is good and is an easy-to-use product.

Easy to install and uninstall!

I love this bike rack - easy to install on the tow, easy to get bikes on and off. Love the locking and folding features. Slightly heavy but that's a good thing. The only thing that I am not fond of is the straps do not come installed and it's challenging to make sure you put the right straps in the right spots (and not easy to get them off if in the wrong ones). Frankly I'm still not sure I have them in the right spots. Overall happy with our purchase.

Great with one exception.

Do not buy this model if you want easy on/easy off functionality.  The straps are impossible.  I had rubberized straps with holes on my last bike rack and this one has a difficult insert with a plastic clip that is difficult to operate.

Horrible straps!
