I love my watch, the step counter is my favorite option. I wish the watch would have come with some sort of directions for setting as I am clueless what else it can do! Maybe that should be included when you send the watch out!

I love the watch but I specifically got it for the alarm feature (along with the step counter, so I don't have to sleep with my phone nearby. Unfortunately, the alarm is too quiet. I slept right past it this morning! Yikes!

Many of the Features listed on the Box are not accurate. I still have yet to find the sleep tracking mode. The instructions that came with the watch or not very good. Unable to find clear instructions online anywhere either.

Very disappointed! The step tracker is wildly inaccurate and overcounts significantly, and that was the entire reason I bought this watch. It counted 200 steps while I was brushing my teeth in the morning. I accepted that you need to take it off while driving, but even with that concession, it's counting approximately 3x my actual steps in a given day. It looks nice. Setup was easy. But what does that matter if step tracking counts every arm/hand movement as a step?

Heart rate monitor takes forever to read and more time than not, won't read at all, although I can see the heart symbol moving so I know it's picking it up.  I bought it to use for working out to monitor my in zone heart rate so it's useless for this.  Watch is ok if you plan to use it just as a regular watch or to measure steps per day.  I'm taking the watch back.
