Trying to get help has been a struggle, I have become a mechanic and now a wiring specialist in the mist of trying to be able to keep this item before they were willing to do anything at all! 

Extremely frustrating when you pay 300 for an item I shouldn't have to be a mechanic nor wiring specialist
