This rack is pretty good. I don't use the bar holder at the back as it's a bit awkward to get the bar in/out (I just leave the bar racked). The J-hooks to rack the bar on do move if you try to slid the bar side-to-side (to adjust, for example), but otherwise they are very sturdy and I have no concerns about things coming off and falling on me. This thing is sturdy and honestly very good. I will say the whole structure had some side-to-side give when I tried the pull-up bar (though I haven't really done any yet), but it wasn't so bad. If you're that worried, you should get a full cage. 
It's made of steel and doesn't feel flimsy at all.
Only real downside is that the plate holder peg at the back only fits about half a dozen plates, so I am considering getting some sort of plate rack, but for now the floor works just fine. 
I picked it up on sale for $180, so absolutely worth that price, but even full price this is pretty decent.

Great stuff for the price, quick delevery

This rack seems solid and was relatively eaxy to put together. Bolts still had oil on them from the factory and the frame had media from thw vead blasting but everything fit together without issue. 

My only complaint is that the ad says it comes with 2 sets of J Hooks but I only received one set of j hooks and 1 set of the safety bars.

Threads are missing in one of the uprights so only 3 out of the 4 bolts are securing it but it's holding up so far
