[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement of the exact one that I purchased years ago. Lightning storm zapped some ports on the router. It is such a good router I bought it for a second time.  One of the few routers with 8 ports.

Worth The Money!

As the title indicates, when I bought this router it was under $280 which for this router was a great price, if you can find it for anything like that I would definitely recommend it. 

After a few weeks of use it seems to be working very well, it has a great interface and was fairly easy to set up. I also really appreciate being able to turn off the lights on it so that it not nearly as bright as my previous router. I'm not sure how much it's really boosted overall speed from my previous router but I do really appreciate the eight ethernet ports on the back to be able to connect all my hardwired devices. I would definitely recommend this to people looking to upgrade, especially gamers.

A really great router for a reasonable price

works great! especially if you got a large household/family. Especially when you have a home with more then 6 devices that have to conect with all the people under the same roof. Last wireless router couldn't keep up which is why I had to replace my last one.

Works amazing for Large families households

I BOUGHT THIS ROUTER ABOUT A WEEK AGO, TO REPLACE A NETGEAR NIGHTHAWK TRI-BAND THAT I HAD, MY FIBER OPTIC INTERNET IS 300Mbs   AND WITH THE NETGEAR I WAS GETTING ANYWHERE FROM 40Mbs TO 90Mbs TO MAYBE ON A GOOD DAY 100 ON THE UP AND 40 CONSISTENTLY ON THE DOWN, NETGEAR WON'T EVEN TALK TO YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE THEIR SECURITY THOUGH THEM, SO I DID SOME RESEARCH AND DECIDED TO GO WITH THE TP LINK AX11000 TRI - BAND. I'VE RAN SPEED TEST ON IT 2 TO 3 TIMES A DAY SINCE JT'S BEEN HOOK UP,

A BEAST OF A ROUTER !!!!!

I liked the ease of setup and the speed of the router.  The range is also excellent.  My home is in excess of 4000 square feet and the router provides reliable coverage.

Fast router with easy setup

I received the router and I found it was easy to set up.  The router is powerful and well suited for my application.  A day later I found that I misplaced my router password, but I could still sign in using my TPLink account.  I contact user support and they gave me a work around  that worked perfectly.  what a pleasure to deal with the tech support.  It was fantastic.

This router is amazing!  The user interface is easy to understand and the speed is worth the price.
It is very helpful that it has SpeedTest built right in and it is even compatible with Apple's TimeMachine technology.
