Not everything in this world is perfect and when you have a problem it's reassuring to know that the company you purchase products from has your back. Trixie pet products just seem to work and the clincher is my cat just loves them. Just ask her if you don't believe me.

Very happy with our cat palace, considering how many pieces there were it went together pretty quickly

Good product

We have large cats and it isn't sturdy enough for them. The directions on how to put it together were poor, just a picture no written directions.

Not for large cats

After spending time trying to figure out the complicated assembly instructions (which seemed to favor the German language), this cat tree basically fell apart. I had to spend even more time taking it apart in places to try and put it back together again. Very poor design, and seems not to be ideal for cats weighing more than 10 pounds, as bigger cats cannot access the condos with ease.
