This does have a lot of parts but my husband put it together in a few hours. You CAN put it together alone but be prepared for it to take a while.  Very nice quality.  Great price.  Very thankful for the shipping price %26 speed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great value but u het what u pay for.  thin metal.  not adjustable.  I'm 5'9" 160lb and this fits me just barely.  if u r  bigger/ wider, dont get it.  45lb plates  make it want to tip over if u dont put weights in the front ( they shipped me a wrong part for the front base so i cant install the weight holder). the bench is really bad especially because its held by 3 bolts in a straight line in the center.  normal use with side to side movement would destroy it in no time. they should have some horizontal bracing for the bench.  the flip up function limited the bench head position so ur head will be hanging off the bench when u use it....... lots of negatives but the positive is the movement is great if u r looking for a converging chest press.  the next option is probably $1k more so.....

I was looking around the internet for a Bench Press Machine. When I found this one on Walmart. It looks like the other ones you find on Amazon and other sites, but slightly cheaper. I decided to buy it as it looks the same. I got it pretty quickly and had no damage to the box. Upon opening, everything was packaged and neatly placed in the box. I setup in my garage and followed the instructions to the T. I had no problems with missing pieces and everything flowed with the instructions. I assembled it all, in about a hour. Taking my time. I'm not a power lifter so I only placed  45 plate on each side and it was pretty stable. Given this is a individual arm bench, I expect it to be a little wobbly; as the arms are wobbly on any brand of Independent arm Bench Press Machine. The steel frame is decent and not super strong. I mean I wouldn't bench press 500 lbs on this thing, but if you stay under 200 you should be fine. Being cheaper than the other brands I thought this was a cheap knock off but the box was labeled FITVID which seems to be the same company as GMWD. So most likely the other brands buy from one place and re-name it to their brand, I did notice that the GMWD from Amazon has square tubes for arms but that's a slight difference I'm okay with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the cost, it was very easy to put together and works smoothly. It folds easily but still has a large footprint. I am only using it for flat bench, then folding it to use for shrugs %26 squats ( I can't backload due to an injury). It is not comfortable to use for overhead presses or inclines, but it's more than worth the cost.

My issue is even though you can do incline press... it's really not purpose built for it. To be in a good position relative to a natural movement you're so hinge up on the bench that my head and neck isn't supported. There is no seat option while in that incline position.  It is more for decline ab work than incline bench. For the price it works!!!!
