It has a smooth glide and many options for exercises. It is a great addition to our home gym for a low price tag. I  am 5'9" 150 lbs and it fits me well. The bench might be a tight fit for 200lbs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does t work great if you're over 5'6, even with the seat bottomed out. It's not tall enough for a full stretch on the lat pull down. The seat doesn't sit far enough away from the machine for proper movement and form. The lower pulley is too low for proper seated rows, and the cable often comes out of the pulley when trying to do leg kick backs. The middle pulley isn't high enough to engage abs correctly for full range of motion in a crunch. If you're gonna spend the money, spend a couple hundred more on a better built machine
