Easy to assemble and has a very detailed instructions book that answers any questions and a additional easy to follow pamphlets for quick set up and use!!!! It's grinds the coffee perfectly and is very quite hardly make any noise then right next too it you make the espresso which is fast and smooth! The plus is that amazing milk frother heats up the milk in seconds to perfect temperature!!! The entire process takes about a minute maybe even less and it is faster than boiling water for a coffee! I used Starbucks beans and it literally taste like I got it from Starbucks!!! Definitely worth the investment!! You can grind whatever coffee beans you want! Taste better than many cafes coffee! I felt like a barista!!! My family all loves it too!!! Brunch in the house from now on!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coffee by morning, espresso martinis on the weekend! This product is amazing!! This is my first experience with an espresso machine so I was a little nervous about how to use it but this machine is simple to understand. It grinds the beans for you and all you need to do is mash the grinded beans down to tighten them together before you brew the coffee. It's simple to clean, once you're done brewing you just empty out what's left into the trash and rinse it out, the bottom piece also slides right out making it easy to rinse in the sink. The machine is a little noisy when grinding the beans and steaming the milk but it makes a great latte so no complaints! The machine seems durable and still looks brand new. Steaming the milk has taken me a few tries but I finally think I have the hang of it. I would definitely recommend an espresso machine to anyone who loves coffee, it saves you a lot of money and gives you an at home cafe experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am OBSESSED with this machine. High quality brewing!!! Except the steam wand being noisy (obviously) it wasn't loud / noisy at all. Excellent grinding consistency. I used the Starbucks beans and it was phenomenal. It would need some work to clean the parts of the machine though. I don't see a need to clean most part everyday. 
Already on my third cup, cheers!!! ☕️

Freshly brewed AT HOME

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recommend reading all the directions before getting started. (Getting the portafilter into the holder did take several attempts and getting the filter basket out of the portafilter was also a challenge so I had to use a knife for this) Once the machine was setup with coffee beans and water it's fairly easy to use. I really like that the portafilter and tamper are heavy, exactly what you'd expect from the images. I drink espresso drinks such as macchiatos, lattes, and shaken espressos twice a day and this produces solid espresso shots. You can customize the grind size between 0-40, there are 3 temperatures you can choose from, and the shot volume can also be adjusted. In minutes I have a high quality espresso drink at home that is coffee shop quality. If you've never had an espresso machine there's a learning curve, so it may take a few times to get it to your liking. The machine is loud when grinding beans, but they have been a consistent grind. I would recommend this espresso machine.

The espresso machine itself is fairly heavy and I really like that it has an electronic screen! The machine accessories are really well made and durable! However, the bean grinder it's self seems like cheap plastic and I did have a different time locking and unlocking it. The grinder itself grinds so well!! I was shocked at how fine it can make the coffee. Overall really easy to learn how to use and cleaning the machine doesn't seem to difficult. This machine makes really good smooth espresso! Overall this is a really nice espresso machine and if you are willing to invest in a good machine I would say this is a pretty good option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i really like the design of this coffee machine. it seems well built. i loved that  it has builtin coffee grinder which is really nice. i have been using it daily. i haven't seen any fault till now. it takes less time to brew coffee. its easy to clean. noise level from streamer is loud but all in all , its nice coffee machine.

First thing I noticed when I received the item was the box was tampered with and appears to have been opened previously,
The unit had signs of wear and use, I.e. water stains (droplet marks) around the body 
The coffee grinder did not work even after I went thru the cleaning instructions from the user manual.
For a brand new unit this should never be the case. 
Therefore the unit was returned for refund.
