Nice for a plain barreled shotgun can't figure why the Red was about $5 more than the Green makes no sense but it does retain light well. Using it for a home defense shotgun but it'll work for hunting also. Really has a good tight fit on the barrel see no problems with it moving even using slugs and this is on a 12 gauge shotgun.

The sight is really easy to see and easy to install. (I have Tru-Glo sights on my Glock and love them!) The only reason my overall rating is a 4 is due to the fact it is hard to adjust if you don't get it exactly right on the first installation attempt. That was my fault, not the sight's.

Really glows!

Easy to set up but with a bit of effort since it is really tight to the barrel.
It'll light up with very little light, but when is completely dark not at all. Anyways, who can shot with no light.
Overall it is a great product for the price.

Great Universal Shotgun Sight

very secure- does not move around when being used

TruGlo is very simple and effective. I decided to go with a very simplistic shotgun sight and was very surprised how this product met my expectations. Not fancy but it get the job done when your on a budget. I was able to get a quick target acquisition and hit my mark. I would recommend this product to any shotgun owner.

I was about convinced that I just could not use iron sights any more. I though I was going to have to get some sort of scope or other optic for my shotguns. With the truglo I can see!

help for my old eyes

The installation on the shotgun is easy to snap on and it is snug enough that I'm not worried about it moving. If you have a common front bead site thread it would look a lot cleaner to get a different item that replaces the stock one.
