I have used this Tung Oil before and needed some more for a new project. It always has worked great! I've used it on: Newly stained, newly cut wood for a desk top; worn out, faded desk top; 100-year-old piano; cured stump for an end table; drift wood for a shelf-sitter. Looks great on all five! Getting ready to use on a large cured stump piece to craft a lamp. Piano pic shows before and after. The oil really brought out the natural grain in the wood!

It was super easy to use and it dried quickly to a beautiful shine, it restored the wood to back to brand new. We are very impressed, our bar top is beautiful again and the compliments we get just keep coming in! Very impressive!!!

Easy to get several coats applied over the course of day or so. Used it for wooden food trays, window sill, a wooden puzzle box that I used for a scavenger hunt, wooden map purchased on Etsy. Perfect application in all items on the first try. No special technique needed. Apply wire of excess with a cloth - let dry - and, reapply.

As advertised. Pleased with product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The price stung a little, but the results were worth it. this stuff goes on easy. I applied the first coat with a shop towel, then I applied the second coat with a brush and then wiped off the excess with a towel. Either method works nust fine. The wood drank it up and just shined. The oil made the colors pop and made the wood feel nice to the touch. So far I've used it on Maple, Oak, Pine and Walnut, and the results were stunning every time.

A Finish Worth the Price

Nice glossy finish. Requires a lot of buffing and multi coats.

tacky and splotchy use real tung oil this stuff is Expensive and not worth the pain , also add mineral oil to reduce bubbling like mine did

This tongue says one step, there are actually 7 steps. Wipe on, wait 24 hours, wipe off residue, reapply, wait 24 hours, wipe off residue and then wait 24 hours before using
