The item was easy to assemble, even came with extra hardware! Heater works great, warms the entire TV room. Great simulated flames, not the same old repeated patterns and looks great under our large screen TV.  We are very satisfied with this item, excellent quality.

this fireplace/tv stand is very pretty! it arrived before the appointed date and everything came very well packed and protected. It did take me a while to set up because it was only me, i am small and had a 1 yr old and 5 yr old running around but instructions were very easy to follow, im sure if two people set it up together it'll be done fast. The piece of furniture itself lools elegant and the dark color (which i chose) is very nice. The fireplace is very nice and heater works wonderfully. My home heater warms up upstairs nice but downstairs its always a bit cooler and the fireplace helps keep downstairs warm. You have an two buttons, one to turn on heater and one for fireplace lights. This tv stand can hold our 75" tv perfectly and doesn't wobble which is great because of our 1 yr old. I got this for $376 with tax included and i thought it was a great deal since in wayfair it was $430 w/o taxes. I would say buy it, it makes a great addition to any living room and doesn't look bulky.

Very nice and elegant, the fireplace is eye catching and unique, took about 2 hours to be installed by one person, but it worth it, price was compared and was the lowest here for the same item. Thumbs up

Yessss

A little time consuming to put together but it's a nice piece of furniture. The fireplace looks awesome and the heater heats up the room pretty well. We have an open floor plan so it takes a minute to warm up but once it does it's perfect for a cold evening and we don't have to heat the whole house or rooms we aren't using with the house heater. Very cozy addition to the room!

i like my electric fireplace the only thing that the flames don't change colors and the temperature  doesn't get higher and no remote other wise it's nice and it's heavy and sturdy and the price was fair .

My fireplace tv stand would have been perfect if some of the screws were not missing. Also if one of the doors had not been damaged. If you purchase this item pick it up in the store. It gets damaged before it gets to your home.

Damaged but Im still gonna use

if you are thinking of buying this on line and assembly it yourself, be careful because my package when opened, the top board where the tv sits, was broken in 2s. the bottom shelf was barely holding today. i was gonna return it but i ust dont want to bother with the hassle and longer waiting time for refund. i bought brackets to hold the shelves together and everything held. so be mindful if u are ordering from online. package was damaged.

the first sight of coal that came we turned it on it was okay but but the second and third time each one return it on more than 5 minutes and obnoxious odor rises that irritates the eye I don't know what it is we turned it off I don't know if the wire inside or burning I don't know what causes this smell this is different from when you have a heater you generally have a dust smell burning the order is actually make you nauseous
