I bought this as a wedding gift from the couple's registry.  They LOVE it and have sent me many pics of their delicious creations.   I am putting it on my own Christmas wish list. (Probably have to buy it myself and even wrap it and put it under the tree from Santa!)

I love that you don't have to fry the shell, just spritz it with a little of your favorite spay, butter, olive oil or avocado oil. And it makes a perfect little salad bowl.

This tortilla bowl maker does the trick! No messing with the oven or grease frying. Works well just be sure to oil spray your tortilla if you want it crispy.

its me...i have a hard time getting the flour tortilla to line up ..in the spot then press down. ..i have tried the burrito size and i had excess ..over flow but it cooked a little crispyer.and we ate  it....i think it works better than the taco size..that was off not lined up..so dont expect it to line up like a taco shell PERFECTLY...it slides down. and NOT CRISPY.  I still made a nice taco salid....may be dont eat it. just use as a shell.. .i peak at it while it cooks..so it dont burn.and spray it with oil...i went threw 3 taco sizes befor i got a decent one....I STILL LIKE IT..(I STILL LIKE IT). AND I WELL USE IT..i like a change to my MEXICAN  MEAL NIGHT....PRACTICE  MAKES PERFECT  SALID TACO SHELLS. ....i.have nothing but time...RETIED*

Took a long time to heat up.
Also need to watch if your using flour tortillas,  you need to push it down in the machine so it will come out even.

It said to cook for 1 to 3 minutes well it's not done between 1%26 2 but 3 minutes burns it %26 half of the taco is missing in the bottom. Not worth the money or price

Not as good as it made to be

The light doesn't go on when the tortilla shell is done. This was very frustrating. I had to keep checking to see if it was done. I feel I need a replacement taco shell maker.

Poor taco salad maker

Per directions say 2 to 3 minutes.
I had a 10” tortilla shell in it for 7 minutes and still was not hard. 
Same with corn tortillas. 
This thing is a joke, save your money.

Save your money

I really wanted this appliance to work. I enjoy a good taco salad and have wanted a machine that would make tortilla bowls for me. Well? This doesn't cut the mustard.. it says it does a great job making a tortilla brown and toasted within three minutes. I should have listened to all the negative reviews before I bought this thing. I'm returning to Walmart. I left a tortilla in there for over 10 minutes and it never got brown. Another review had stayed with something about the green light never goes out and they're right about that. It just sits there and does nothing so no, I do not recommend listen to the negative on this review.
