Tahoe Gear needs a better instruction sheet for setting up this tent. The poles need to be labeled and there needs to be a setup sheet that you can carry with you to the tent. The only one available was attached to the large carry bag and it was in small print. I had to look up the instructions online and had to pre label the poles and sleeves before setup. My frustration level was enormous but the joy of completion was great. I really love the roominess of this tent. It is massive. One room for our boys, one for our girls, and one for ourselves. 
When packing up, I had a hard time fitting everything back into the bag. It takes a special person to accomplish this.
Overall I love this tent.

A hard setup

This tent is huge.  Big enough for my 4 kids and me and the hubby. We will be able to fit a queen mattress in each
 room.  Everyone will be able to keep their bags and other items in there room also.  The middle room is bigger than the 2 sides ones .
Set up took about an hour.  It was me (mom) and my 13 year old son.  We have never set up a tent before.  We had gusty winds, 20 mph that day, that didnt help us!
The directions are a  confusing, only 2 sets of colored poles (and we even messed that up and had to redo them). I wanted to labels all the poles before we.set it up. We measured them but realized that the measurements were off on EVERY set of poles compared to the measurements on the directions.  So, we  figured out another method and it worked 
This tent won't stand without the rainfly top portion (screen porch is part of this). I thought if we went to a smaller campground, I would exclude that part.
That won't happen. 
 Also, they guy ties have to be tied down because this is what pretty much holds the whole tent up. The stakes are small and   metal but they did the job.
The screen porch isn't totally enclosed. The sides that are closest to the tent will   be open a tiny bit possibly. It isnt sewn together. There isnt a floor either, so that kinda goes hand in hand with a not being completely enclosed. Not a deal breaker for me.  We will lay down some artificial turf to keep it cleaner. The space in the screen area is big!  We will be able to fit a table on each side for our food and whatever else we want to store in there.
The take down was super quick and easy....except for the part of folding and fitting everything back in the huge, durable rolling case. Wish me luck!
I think the next time we set it up it will take much less time.  Maybe 20-30 minutes at most.
We are super excited to use the tent this summer.  
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because  the rainfly has to be used with the tent, the directions are confusing, it didn't specify online that there is a gap for bugs to get in, the measurements of the poles dont match up to the measurements on instructions and the majority of the poles aren't labeled.
BUT, its a great tent!!

Huge tent

Super great tent, no freaking assembly instructions.

Not for the weak! Good tent, no instructions!

Pros: This tent is solid, spacious, and has a great layout. The screen room is great! Until a little wind showed up we loved it. 

Cons: Its pretty expensive but we were upgrading for our yearly beach camping/ this year honeymoon trip. After a lot of research, I decided it was worth spending $300. We have had it 3 days as of today, spent 1 day and 1 night in it, then cut our honeymoon short and left because of this tent! The first issue: Horrible instructions. Nothing is labeled. Took us an hour to identify and label the poles. Second and biggest issue: The rainfly is required to have shade.  When we first pulled it out of the box, my husband commented it looked like a giant parachute (foreshadowing).  The rainfly is required to have shade, and without it, this just becomes a regular tent that has an open roof. We set it up on the beach, even buying extra stakes especially for sand and double tied down each corner. Things were going great until the wind picked up to 10- 15 mph. Not a storm or anything, just normal beach winds. As soon as the wind hit the rainfly, it ripped all the stakes out of the  ground and I stood holding the parachute tent, the whole tent, that was entirely in the air while my husband frantically ran from one corner to the next. It still wouldnt stay down. We opened all the windows and doors to help create airflow so it would stop flying like a kite. We weighed it down with everything we had. We finally got the tent back down, covered all the bottom edges with 6 inches of sand, and put additional tie downs all over it. That brought up the third issue, and the reason I spent 1 night on my honeymoon in it and we cut our trip short and packed up 5 days early: There are 3 doors facing the screen room. None of these doors have a mesh option. Its either all open or all closed. With the doors closed the entire tent turns into a parachute. We had to keep the doors open to allow wind to blow through the tent instead of lift it. We spent the night exposed to everything, including the mosquitos. By 5am we had had enough, packed up and left. This company owes me a honeymoon and time off work, but I will settle for a full refund. 

Suggestions: They need to make the rainfly ventilated on the sides or something. that would help. They should have put screen doors on the bedroom doors to allow the tent to be ventilated but still closed.  Put a warning label on it because this tent should only be used in an area that is protected from the elements. I gave it 2 stars because it is probably a great tent for the mountains.

Love it but hate it. Returning after 1 night
