[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lens new under the $700 MSRP and it has been a dream! It is the perfect travel companion lens to the Sony FX30. It has a good standard zoom range with a fast aperture, making it pretty suitable for low light situations. Overall a lens like this can easily replace 3 or 4 prime lenses.
