I am type 1 diabetic so i see what food does to my blood sugar immediately. I have tried MANY keto products and these don't give me a blood sugar spike. They are very little and very thin so that had alot to do with it. If you are looking for filling you wont find that here. But, if you want a study thin tortilla that doesn't cover the flavor of your food these are A . In my opinion the other low carb tortillas are too thick and have a strong taste.

I'm a caterer could get a local store to order me any that would arrive in time for the wedding so I ordered from here. The Empanada were packed came in a styrofoam ice chest and the ice chest was covered in dry ice. Very quick defrost and easy to work with. I deep fried the Empanada but before I did I froze them after I filled them and they came out GREAT!!!! Wasn't too greasy and the shells stayed closed. If I need them again I will order from this company.
